This pattern has been on my must do list for months and months. No one I know has had a newborn girl recently so I thought I'd would just have to make it anyway, and hope our next baby will wear it.
TikkiRainbow Dress, in Choc Eclair merino, dyed by me. :)

Pants for Bodie
I finished these pants today. I drafted up my own pattern, I didn't like the one I used last week.
I added extra bum room for a cloth nappy, made the legs a little wider and the rise higher.
I tried them on Bodie yesterday, before I'd hemmed the legs, and he ran off outside in the rain with them, so I didn't get a chance to finish them properly until today. :)
They're made with polar fleece I found on sale at Spotlight a few weeks ago. It's lovely and soft, and looks so comfy. The pants look like soft Winter PJs.
Here they are hemmed up. They turned out ok, definitely room for improvement though! The hemming at the bottom is a bit wonky, one leg is slightly longer, and I have to work out when is a good time during construction to overlock edges. But we're getting there!
Certainly progress from these horrible ones I made over 6 months ago! My first ever pattern. I blame the pattern for the clown pants look. The sizing was all weird on them too. It's not ALL my fault, you see!
